This couple gets the honorary trooper award. We planned their engagement session months in advance, because it worked out for both of us. They traveled from Albuquerque, and we traveled from Artesia to meet in Las Cruces. The only negative with this timing was that it was perfectly aligned with the winter weather that hit all over New Mexico. Once we all arrived safely to Las Cruces, we decided to continue on with our plans. The locations might have changed a little, but their attitudes were perfect. I was fully aware I might have to be extra optimistic and peppy to make them feel comfortable and excited for their session. But that was not necessary! They definitely allowed their love to trump any negative feelings and rocked their session!
es, it snowed, rained and wait for it…the sun shined toward the end of their session. Thank you, random New Mexico weather! But like I said, it didn’t phase them. They were just as in love, sweet and joyful in front of my camera. It was so lovely finally being able to meet Jessie and Marie. We can’t wait for the wedding in March- it will be beautiful!
Enjoy their Old Mesilla session that we creatively put our minds together to make the perfect outdoor session for our circumstances!
