What a beautiful June day it was for Barrett and Brianna to wed in Lubbock, TX at Lakeridge Country Club! All of the lovely details couldn’t have added up to how beautiful Brianna looked as she walked down that floral-lined aisle. She and her bridesmaids spent the morning relaxing while they got ready. Barrett sent her a handwritten letter with a wedding gift. As Brianna read it aloud, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Mine included! Barrett wrote her the sweetest, most heartfelt note reminding her of the day he first laid eyes on her. It was at a Carlsbad Caveman football game where she was a cheerleader and he was a fan. We all soaked up the sweet words and precious moment as Brianna’s excitement was at its peak.
Barrett kicked off his warm, June wedding day by playing a round of golf with his groomsmen. What a fitting and fun way to start your own wedding day, I’d say! Without a sunburn at all and a smile on his face, he stood waiting for Brianna’s dad to walk her down the aisle. As Brianna came from around the corner, Barrett’s eyes followed her the entire way. She look stunning–absolutely beautiful, and Barrett’s soft smile said it all. Her dad hugged her as tightly as ever before he put her hand in Barrett’s. A Christ-centered message was beautifully delivered, and the preacher announced them, “Mr. and Mrs. Robinson.”
The celebration began there with smiles of joy walking back down the aisle. I absolutely love looking through their wedding day, because it’s so easy to read the joy behind everyone’s smiles. Not only was this beautiful to see, but the florals just about blew me away. From the centerpieces to the florals that lined the aisle, the bouquets, cake table and bride and groom table, the florals truly created such an elegant and lovely vibe throughout the entire wedding day. Homemade biscochos, sentimental signs, lace from Brianna’s great, great, great grandmother’s handkerchief (yes, that’s right!), and blush, pink and gold details made such a special and unique wedding day for Mr. and Mrs.
We had so much fun capturing Mr. and Mrs. Robinson’s wedding day and wish these two the very best! They are near and dear to our hearts, as Barrett was like a brother to me growing up. It was so special to be such an intimate part of their wedding day, and I know they are each equally blessed by one another! Enjoy scrolling through such an elegant wedding day!
