Genuine, gorgeous and giddy.
Goodness! If I had three words to describe Adam and Courtney’s engagement session, these would be it. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with them and more confident in their love. They are both just such incredibly genuine people who have found one another and made an even sweeter pair. I loved getting to know them even better throughout their session and getting a glimpse of their sweet love.
Just as natural and genuine as their relationship, so was their proposal at Adam’s house this past October. Courtney was giddy as she was explaining the proposal story as I’m sure she was on the day he popped the question. Adam proposed in his backyard, which was romantically-lit with string lights and flowers. He planned the proposal oh-so sweetly and made sure their closest loved ones were present to celebrate afterward, including her family who flew in from Kansas for the occasion. Not to mention, her ring. Oh, her ring! Adam, kudos, my friend! You obviously made this day incredible!
Gorgeous couple, gorgeous weather and gorgeous ring. Yes, the perfect combination for such a joyful, memorable engagement session. Plus, we were completely lucky. We had originally planned their engagement session last week, but the hail, cold weather and wind chill suggested differently. Thank goodness, because this day left us with a sun-shiney and lovely location!
Adam and Courtney are getting married this August in Kansas, Courtney’s home state, and we couldn’t be more excited for them to entire this crazy, awesome adventure called marriage! Hugs to you two!!
