If I had a dollar for every time I squealed out loud during this engagement session, after I got home and throughout editing this session, Jordan and I would retire yesterday.

Seriously, this was like a dream engagement session!  Dream clients, dream location, dream love, dream, dream, dream!

From the time I met Alex and learned about her incredibly detailed proposal, love story and gentle, soft personality, I knew she was a bride with which I wanted to be able to get to know better and love on more. Guys, she’s just the sweetest thing, and I can’t get over it!

I am positive that Ryan knew (and knows!) what a gem he had (and has!) in her, because his proposal was epic, you guys. He created the most sentimental, loving and fun proposal story that she’s able to share with others….forever. Truly. While I was listening to Alex explain her proposal to me, I thought, “he sure set her up to share such an incredible memory” (and in turn share how incredibly loved she is!). He planned a full day for her to be loved on and prayed for by her closest friends and family, as they took her from place to place, being pampered with a manicure and ending with a proposal and surprise engagement party with loved ones. I mean. Ryan. My man. Good job! Way to love your woman.

This is only the beginning, you two.

To vow to love one another for better or for worse in front of your friends and family—and dance the night away—is yet another incredible memory you’ll be getting to add to your list. Oh so soon! But until then, you can already add “flirting with one another in front of a camera” and “completing your date in a bag”. 😉

Soon following will be showers and cake testing and the rest of the excitement!

I had more fun that I expected capturing Ryan and Alex’s love, and it only makes me even more excited for their wedding come September! Alex beautiful smile and perfect fit into Ryan’s arms just warmed my heart. I came home from this engagement session with yet another overflowing heart…and talkative mouth! 😉

Hugs to you two! So happy you have each other to do life with!
