I could tell I was in for a treat from the moment I started chatting with Alex and Jackson when they got to the session! They were dressed beautifully, in love obviously and comfortable completely!
They seriously made for such a fun engagement session in Lakeside Park, and they made me fall in love with backlighting, water and engagement sessions all over again! These two are Aggie lovers who met and graduated from Texas A&M, and I can almost understand their passion for the school from my family members who are alumni, as well!
I loved getting to know these two better and to learn of their foodie knowledge, as they shared a list of some of their favorite restaurants with me–and you guys! Where have Jordan and I been!?! They know so many! We took them up on one of their suggestions the next night, and they were on point–I probably had my most favorite burger EVER at Filament, one of the restaurants they suggested in Deep Ellum. Thanks, Jackson and Alex! 😉
But her SMILE. Doesn’t she just have the greatest smile!? I almost couldn’t handle it during their engagement session and had way too many outbursts I think! I’m so honored that I get to photograph their wedding day, and I already know it’s going to be a blast for me and so beautiful for them! I think they make the sweetest pair, and when you start to scroll through their engagement session, you’ll see why!! 🙂
