Oh LOVELY!

When I think of Kelly and Daniel’s wedding day as a whole, firstly, I have THE biggest #hearteyes.

I see a meaningful, romantic celebration of two becoming one, and it brings a sincere smile to my heart.

And I’m sure that same smile was evident on all of their loved ones’ faces as they witnessed the two of them vowing to love one another forever and celebrating with beaming smiles of joy the rest of their wedding day.

I truly can’t picture a better, more fun, relaxed, comfortable or beautiful day for the two of them. The weather in San Antonio was perfect—not too hot, not too cold, and the soft, overcast light was unbeatable.

Every detail from the beaded top of Kelly’s wedding dress to the immaculate floral centerpieces at the reception (oh, and green donuts for St. Patrick’s Day) were just so lovely. All of Kelly’s details that made up her loveliness—her hairpiece, her earrings, her garter, her perfume and veil—were meaningful and stunning.

I almost couldn’t stand how precious Kelly’s first look with her daddy was. As his baby, he couldn’t quite wrap his mind around just how beautiful his baby girl looked on her wedding day. The way he smiled and took in her inner and outer beauty was just about the sweetest thing–and it didn’t stop there: their Father/Daughter dance just about moved me to tears (okay, who are we kidding, it did #allthefeels). We were lucky enough to capture these precious memories for them!

With lovely people, lovely details and lovely moments saturating their wedding day, it easily made their wedding day at such an exquisite resort one of my most favorite weddings to have the honor to photograph.

Kelly made an absolutely gorgeous bride, and watching Daniel’s smile light up when he was next to her, holding her or hand-in-hand with her just fuels my passion for wedding photography. I hope they can always look back on these photos and remember what a deep, genuine, sweet love they shared on their wedding day. I know it will be evident through pictures, and I know that is such a gift.

What a beautiful couple whom I couldn’t be more happy for!
