Okay, so I just adore this couple.
I love the way they love one another, and I love the way they love others.
They are basically just this sweet, beautiful power couple who radiates love and joy for each other and those around them. And while this engagement session was 110% about THEM and celebrating THEIR love and upcoming January wedding, they almost knocked me off my feet (but really helped me to not) with their kindness and love.
Pregnant and about to pop, these two brought me water, carried my camera bag and literally drove me to my car so that I wouldn’t have to walk all the way back to my car–which totally would’ve been FINE! But like I said, while it felt different to be on the receiving end of service during an engagement shoot, it made me stop to think, “this speaks volumes about this couple and who they are together”.
I am so grateful they found one another and that they’ll get to combine this powerhouse of a genuine love and service for each other and those around them.
I was lucky enough to have a taste of this pure kindness and authenticity when Caitlyn and I met over coffee one morning, but getting to know them together during their session felt like the cherry on top. I can hardly WAIT for January to watch these two become one and CELEBRATE whole-heartedly with them!
Plus, guys, how GORGEOUS of a pair are they?! We had the BEST lighting, the BEST weather and overall BEST case scenario for their engagement session, and for that, I am so grateful!
Caitlyn and Chase, you two are one of a kind! I’m so honored to get to watch you prepare for such a beautiful legacy you have in store! Big hugs!
