So lovely, classy and heartfelt–Corey and Lindsay said, “I do” in the church they attend together on such a lovely October Saturday in Dallas.
The florals were on point with their stunning pops of fall colors, and they complimented the bridesmaid’s navy dresses as the girls carried the bouquets beautifully. The girls had a relaxing morning as they got ready together under the most relaxed of circumstances, smiles were everywhere and there wasn’t a hint of stress in the air.
Only excitement. Pure excitement. And the smiles you’re about to scroll through will tell you just that.
I just can’t get enough of both Lindsay and Corey’s smiles throughout the day, but especially when they were in front of my camera–and together. That’s all they needed was to be together. Their “first look” together was the epitome of joy and excitement as Corey turned around to see Lindsay’s beaming smile on her face, lovely lace gown and beautiful bride. I could just feel the love, and it fueled my camera clicking, I’m pretty sure!
It’s smiles and emotion like theirs that fills my cup on a wedding day and excites me even more to work with them and photograph them. It’s like they completely understood the promise they were making to each other on that altar, and they couldn’t be more ready or confident in that. I especially loved how the pastor had asked them specific questions about each other to help describe characteristics about the two of them that they admired in his message. This made their service even more heartfelt and personal–plus, I felt like I got to know them even better through this! It was a great message, and they celebrated their covenant afterward at the Park City Club that overlooked the Dallas city skyline with a meal, dancing and some delicious cake.
What a stunning and fun day Corey and Lindsay were able to enjoy together. I have heart eyes over their choices of color and decor and quite simply couldn’t be happier for such a lovely day they will have in their memories. Hugs to this sweet pair!
