Incredibly classy, fun and easy to photograph. I already knew this from my mini session last month with Greg, Sarah and their new lab puppy!
Immediately after I met them during their mini session, I hoped to work with them in the future! They’re both just so sweet, fun and obviously in love with one another–many of my favorite traits in a couple, you know! I was so excited after meeting with Sarah and her mother to find that that would come true–definitely an ideal bride of mine! Sarah is just about the sweetest you can ask for, and I love her ideas and visions she has for her wedding day and engagements.
Plus, I think it can go without saying: she is also gorgeous! I don’t know of another photographer who would complain about a sweet, gorgeous bride! 😉
She and Greg are getting married at the Renaissance Hotel next October (two of my favorites–October and that venue!!), and it is sure to be a wedding to remember. Just like their proposal, I expect their wedding day to be filled with special and thoughtful moments.
As Sarah was explaining her proposal story (which Greg completely set her up for life with, by the way!), I had to pick my jaw up off the table more than once. He planned the sweetest surprise getaway to their favorite city, Chicago, where he had her pack for the weather there, without her knowing exactly where her flight would be later that day. He set out before her and met her there, where he had a series of events planned that led up to the best of them: their proposal. Greg made sure Sarah was able to get her nails done, pick out a new outfit and feel all sorts of loved and pampered before he got down on one knee.
Can you say, “KEEPER”?! I love this for Sarah! I can tell that he tries to always make her feel as special as he did that day. They’re just the sweetest, and I’m so happy for them! I loved having them in front of my camera longer than our previous mini session!!
